Divonne Smoyer is a partner in the Firm’s State Attorneys General Practice where she represents clients in connection with complex public policy disputes; data breach, data privacy, and information security compliance issues; and state government investigations. She also represents clients in negotiation and litigation involving complex, multiparty disputes pertaining to environmental pollution, asbestos, silicone implants, chemical exposures, pharmaceutical products, and other mass torts, as well as insurance coverage disputes.
