Elaine Metlin is a partner who joined Dickstein Shapiro in 1984. Ms. Metlin focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, specifically in the areas of complex antitrust litigation, class actions, international law, broker misconduct, and general commercial litigation. She also specializes in white collar criminal defense and has conducted internal investigations and defended numerous individuals and businesses who have been investigated by the executive branch, Congress, and other regulatory authorities.
