Joseph Jean is counsel in the Insurance Coverage Practice of Dickstein Shapiro’s New York office. Mr. Jean focuses his practice on insurance coverage matters and commercial litigation in state and federal courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution forums throughout the United States. Over the course of his career, he has advised numerous clients regarding all aspects of insurance coverage and has taken a leading role in a number of domestic and international insurance and reinsurance arbitrations and mediations. He also has advised clients with respect to insurance, products liability, and tort issues in connection with high-profile corporate transactions.
