Larry Eisenstat joined Dickstein Shapiro in 1985, and leads the Firm’s Energy Practice. He has considerable experience handling both regulatory and transactional matters, as well as litigation, antitrust, compliance, and enforcement matters on behalf of both energy and non-energy companies.
