Bradley Brown joined Dickstein Shapiro in September 2007 as an associate in the White Collar Criminal Defense & Investigations Practice. Mr. Brown focuses his practice on securities regulatory defense and complex commercial disputes, including prosecutions and investigations initiated by the Securities and Exchange Commission, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (formerly known as the National Association of Securities Dealers), United States Attorney’s Office, and Department of Homeland Security. His experience includes representation of hedge funds, broker-dealers, and registered representatives in self-regulatory organization proceedings as well as in state and federal courts.
